I'm now starting to throw the question:
"Why do we bother with Juries, if 630+ generally
and mealy-mouthed so-called Members of Parliament, together
with a clutch of
Judges, Magistrates, and other assorted robots can just make
it up, as they go along? Why do we go to the massive expense
Juries? Why do we have Crown Courts, and High Courts, such as
the Old Bailey,
... around a lot ... these days (in my letters).
And it occurred to me, that I might be answered in the following
