Subject: I was thinking ... on the way home from shopping ...

(... as you do!)

I'm now starting to throw the question:

"Why do we bother with Juries, if 630+ generally corrupt, self-serving, and mealy-mouthed so-called Members of Parliament, together with a clutch of Judges, Magistrates, and other assorted robots can just make it up, as they go along? Why do we go to the massive expense of convening Juries? Why do we have Crown Courts, and High Courts, such as the Old Bailey, then?"

... around a lot ... these days (in my letters).

And it occurred to me, that I might be answered in the following way:

"We bother with Juries for offences that are non-trivial"

So here's a riddle ... for the coming weekend ... (just to see how much Single-Think there is out there).

What's the response?
(Hint: The response is easy, and blatantly obvious).
