Milton Keynes Magistrates update: What a
farce from the Defendant's Solicitors...
Today was supposed to be sending the matter to the Crown Court
as per Sec.51 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 - [but] due to
"serious Solicitor ineptitude" ... the short hearing didn't go
The Solicitor that presented for the Defendant was from TUCKERS
solicitors in London. As such, there was a massive conflict of
interest, the fact being TUCKERS represented me during the trial
- in which I was acquitted as Defendant, back in 2009.
Deliberate delay tactics? One couldn't be that incompetent! The
first check TUCKERS are required to do is conflict of interest
checks - and TUCKERS are very aware of who I am - since I
stopped relations with them many years ago.
In essence today I "sacked the Defendant's brief".... case
adjourned till the 9th of December 2013
"New balls, please"
