(Well … well … well)
A bit of ‘Their’ rationale has fallen my way … courtesy of Guy & Linda.
Way back in 2009, we started to create transcripts from some audio tapes that were created by Prof. Douglas J. Whaley … for his students. Prof. Whaley being a lecturer at the Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law.
What Prof. Whaley says, echoed what Jordan Maxwell says i.e. there are TWO Jurisdictions (1) Land and (2) Sea.
The Law-of-the-Land = Common Law = applicable to SERVICES, said Prof. Whaley. (Services can only be performed by Human Beings, and the interactions between them).
The Law-of-the-Sea = Uniform Commercial Code = Admiralty Law = applicable to GOODS. Prof. Whaley said “The GOODS don’t have to move very far … but they have to be moveable … in order to be GOODS")
Now, along comes Guy, and points me to a word I’d never heard of: PERSONALTY … no that’s NOT a mis-spelling … it’s “PERSONALITY” WITHOUT the “i” (for “id”? You know the “id” in id-entity … i.e. “entity” = body, “id” = mind … total-together = “identity”)
And guess what PERSONALTY means?
Goods; chattels; articles; movable property, whether animate or inanimate.
Oooh! That looks like “UCC territory/Law-of-the-Sea” to me … i.e. “goods”, “moveable”?
Also note what it said: “animate” or “inanimate”. “Animate”? Something … something … something that … moves? Something that’s alive, and moves of it’s own accord?
Lemme think. What’s alive, animate, and moves of it’s own accord? My toothbrush? Nah! My computer? Nah!
I’ll just go and make a cup of tea while I ponder what's alive, and moves of it's own accord …
