Canada is a Commonwealth Country. Therefore this ruling transfers
very readily everywhere 'Common Law' ... South Africa, Australia,
New Zealand, and even America ... and (of course) here:
McLachlin, writing for the majority, concluded
suspects can sue under common-law tests of negligence
The Canadian Supreme Court agrees that Policymen CAN BE sued for
And ... if they can be sued ... THEY CAN BE PROSECUTED!
In fact: PROSECUTE FIRST ... get them put away ... THEN SUE their
