Oh yes ... I forgot.
Today Michael read out his TWENTY-SIX Page "Final Arguments".
(Presumably by staying up most of the night, writing it).
He was then EIGHT MINUTES LATE getting into Court ... to find them
all 'chomping at the bit'.
He went in and said sweetly: "Oh ... sorry ... I couldn't find a
Warner: "THIS IS REALLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH MR. DOHERTY!!!"
Did Michael give a flying fuck?
He knew what they were going to do.
Mr. Hadij, the Prosecutor, had already said that today was "awkward
for him", because he was involved in some other case. And Warner had
already told Hadij that he would "Do his best to help".
So ... when Michael came in late, they were all frothing at the
Michael then proceeded to very carefully read all 26 pages.
I wasn't there ... but I picture the looks on their faces.
Now ... here's the interesting bit.
'They' (Warner and the two Magistrates) retire to consider their
'They' are gone for EIGHT MINUTES ... before coming back ... for
Warner to deliver their Finding.
Warner then reads out their Finding ... and takes TWENTY MINUTES
So ... they went away for EIGHT MINUTES 'consideration' and
'agreement' ... and ... in that time ... they wrote down TWENTY
MINUTES-WORTH of bollox ... for Warner to deliver as a
Yea ... I'll buy that.
'They' were literally 'THAT transparent'.
All the way through the whole 6 days.
