The office of Lord Chancellor was not 'abolished' ... as I
There is still the Office, and a Lord Chancellor, but the majority
of the Lord Chancellor's duties were transferred elsewhere in 2005.
The Lord Chancellor is a member of the
Cabinet and, by law, is responsible for the efficient
functioning and independence of the courts. Formerly he was also
the presiding officer of the House of Lords, and the head of the
judiciary in England and Wales, but the Constitutional Reform
Act 2005 transferred these roles to the Lord Speaker and the
Lord Chief Justice respectively. The current Lord Chancellor is
Chris Grayling, who is also Secretary of State for Justice.

'designating' Court Security Officers ... and we are sure that he
hasn't 'designated' any of Mitie's employees ... because they would
have provided the proof, by now ... and they haven't done that ...
even when Judge Warner told them to.
All Mitie have provided (so far) is a letter containing nothing but
If they had any proof, I think they would have provided it, by now
... since the situation is so desperate for them.
After all, if their man goes 'down' ... Mitie will 'go down'
As Michael says, this isn't really a "Legal Loophole" ... it's more
of a "Loop-sink-hole" ... or maybe a "Plughole"?
